In early October 2026, we launched a second automated sewing line for heavy-duty FIBC bulk bags at our factory in Foshan.
What this means for our customers
- Higher capacity — total production volume has grown to 10 million bags per year;
- Shorter lead times — large orders (from 20,000 pcs.) are now produced 5–7 days faster;
- Consistent quality — the line features automated seam-strength control at every stage.
About the line
The line is designed for bulk bags with a safety factor of 5:1 and 6:1, load capacity up to 2,500 kg, double-weave fabric and UV protection. It also supports TYPE-C and TYPE-D conductive/antistatic versions for explosive powder environments.
Every batch is tested for tear strength and seam integrity before shipment. Test protocols are attached to each delivery — a requirement of our customers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and across the Middle East.
Plans for 2027
Next year we plan to expand our food-grade FIBC section and increase the stock of popular sizes 90×90×110 and 100×100×120 cm.
